What is IGM file?
IGM stands for Indigo Renderer Material file. It is like a normal .FBX file, but it has the extension IGM in place of FBX. The material file contains all the information an artist would need to use it in their 3D software program. The metadata inside this file includes the name of the model, its object type (a mesh or a texture), other parameters such as color and resolution, and much more.

Tools that will help you view IGM files
Sometimes you need to quickly preview the contents of a file with the IGM extension. In such a situation, many people decide to find a tool that, according to its creators, can display the contents of the IGM file and many other types of files (All in One Viewer).
Of course, there are such tools. However, it should be remembered that they may display the data contained in the IGM file differently than the application dedicated to handling the IGM file extension. When you cannot afford to have the data of the IGM file displayed different from the original, you should use the applications developed to work with the IGM file.
Below you will find a list of software programs that will help you with this. These software programs will help you view the content of the IGM file, minimizing possible errors that may arise with other tools.
