What is ISMV file?
ISMV stands for Inter-Session Media Presentation file. This is a file that is used in Adobe Flash Media Server and it contains information about the current media session, whether it be video or audio. The file has 3 different files, ISMPE, ISMPP and ISMPS. The ISMPE is the Inter-Session Media Presentation File and it contains the media data (video or audio) for your session. The ISMPP and ISMPS are both Inter-Session Media Playlists. If you have recorded a recording and want to add more to your media playlist, then these are the two files that you will need to use.
